Agility; Agility or nimbleness is the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina. used to make tacklers miss, chase your kids or pick off a base runner.
Strength; is the ability to generate as much force as possible over a distance with no concern for the factor of time. Used in lifting groceries, getting out of your chair, blocking the man across from you.
Power; is the ability to generate as much force as fast as possible. Is often referred to as speed strength. used in running up a flight of stairs, hitting a golf ball, swinging a baseball bat or a vertical jump.
Weight loss; through cardiovascular and resistance training. Realizing lean muscle burns the most fat calories. So the combination of both is the most effective way to lose weight.
Sport specific training; focusing on the skills needed in the individual sports and developing them to the best of your ability.
Body fat analysis; Done with 7 site caliper testing.
Hand-eye coordination; In simple terms, hand-eye coordination involves the coordinated vision and hand movement to execute a task. Used in lacrosse, casting a fishing pole and making tea.
